Your new MRO username was sent to you in a welcome email — have it handy before you start.
Go to ssp.mrocorp.com and sign in with your new MRO username and password. For the username, enter only the part before @mrocorp.com (e.g. bill.smith).

You’ll be prompted to enroll in verification. Click Enroll now / Click here to begin.

Choose a verification method

Authenticator path: install Microsoft Authenticator from the Apple App Store or Google Play if you don’t have it. In the app, tap the + button (top right) → Other Account → scan the barcode shown on your screen.

Type the 6-digit code shown in the app into the portal before it cycles to a new one.
SMS path instead: enter your cell number in this exact format — +15554443333 — click Send Code, then enter the code you receive.

Once verification is set up, click your profile icon (top right) and click Sign Out. This step matters — sign out here before resetting your password below.

Back on the login screen, click Forgot Your Password, enter your username (still just the part before @mrocorp.com), and type the captcha.

Select your verification method

Enter the code from Authenticator or SMS, then enter the captcha once more and click Continue.

Set a new password: minimum 8 characters, including at least one number, one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one special character.

You’ll see a confirmation that your password was changed for both your legacy Q-Centrix and new MRO accounts — one password now works for both.
